Regular classes
Centre Yoga Plus offers a variety
of drop-in classes for everyone. You can choose between
hatha yoga, ashtanga yoga
and dharma mittra classes which are
offered in the morning, at lunch time or at the end
of the day.
Hatha yoga classes
place emphasis on postures while keeping a focus on
breathing and concentration. Offer yourself this relaxing
time for your body and mind, and begin your inward
journey…
Ashtanga yoga classes
consist of a specific series of postures with rhythmic
breathing. This high-energy yoga allows you to build
your flexibility, endurance and resistance.
Dharma mittra is a dynamic style
of flow yoga which combines breath awareness throughout
the vinyasas (series of mouvements linked by breath)
as well as in the postures. The energizing effects
of the practice combined with the alignment work and
the guided relaxation and meditation, allow the body
to melt away all tension points while developing coordination,
strenght, balance and flexibility.
Level I : suitable for beginners
Level II : suitable for more experienced
yogis!
