Hatha yoga classes (60 minutes)
• Safe for everyone, adaptated to each person’s
needs;
• Given by Yoga Alliance certified teachers;
• The class consists of a mix of postures
(asanas) and breathing and relaxation techniques;
• Calm and relaxing atmosphere.
