Mateo Madani offers intensive hatha yoga teacher trainings. These 200 hour training courses are certified by the Yoga Alliance organization.

The training is demanding and calls for good physical and mental health. During the learning sessions, the students will improve their yoga practice and have a better understanding of yoga as an integrated system.

Mateo Madani, founder of Centre Yoga Plus and internationally certified yoga instructor, has many years of experience in the practice of yoga. He has been trained by yoga masters from various traditions around the world. He has a black belt in Kung-Fu and also teaches Tai Chi.

Mateo lives in Hawaii where he is continuing to perfect and explore yoga and returns occasionally to Quebec to give yoga teacher trainings.
